  Horrible experience, I've been sitting here waiting for more the 20mims , to look at some of the jewelry and it's ridiculous that there is only 1 person that hands jewelery the store is empty and the other workers blatantly told me that I have to keep waiting , while the other lady takes her sweet time helping a customer ,who is buying a few things ,she just keeps yaping away , I could understand if there is people in the store , but it's completely empty talk about a retarded policy and horrible customer service , I'm typing this here waiting and still nothing, I walked out very annoyed and angry at my experience here ... Not what I would expect from Ross.... , On top of it all she's rushing the only lady that is available to help me in jewelery to punch out leaving me hanging , seriously and as I'm getting ready to pay for the clothes I bought ,a manager asked me if I needed help , and I said I got tired of being ignored and waiting more then now 20mins , and he just shrugged it off like he could care less .... Definitely loss my business here going on toward the future....
